I take print screen while watching movie, then I paste it to paint, I cut movie frame and when I save and try view frame it doesn't show anything just black box :mad:

I use DivX player and tried also Intervideo WinDVD4

Yeah, dvd's use an overlay method instead of a direct to screen like most other programs.

Try googling 'dvd capture'. You could also try www.snapfiles.com and see if they have anything useful. They have both freeware and shareware.
