There are several parts on my computer that I wish to upgrade mainly the speakers and monitor both are 8 years old and I am tired of putting my ears up to the speakers to try and hear my DVDs;) So I wanted some opinons before I bought the stuff. :D

For about $50 more you could get a 17" 12ms respons time 600:1 contrast ratio moniter.

Speakers
I'm unable to recommend cheap speakers... personally, I'd go with headphones if I wasn't able to afford better speakers, but if you want anything in that pricerange, I won't be too helpful...

Soundcard
I never liked the Live! cards... I'd go with an Audigy 2 ZS (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=290223) for $20 extra after rebate. (Free shipping, and includes Angel of Darkness and Raven Shield)

PSU
From Newegg, for $1 more, I'd get this Enermax model, slightly better ratings on the +12V rails:

Not too sure about this... I've never been impressed with LCD monitors in general compared to CRTs until the current batch of high end Dell ones were released. I'm looking at getting a 2001FP, but it's about 3 times the cost of the one you've selected, so I can't give much advice for monitors in that pricerange.
