Probably my fault, but can graphics mod make my game crash?
I installed Sn00pys mod along with a few others (faces, goodyhuts, mines)
First thing I noticed was I didn't have Palace to upgrade and couldn't "view" any of my cities... Last thing that happened was game crashing on me when I pressed Space shuttle "Launch" button :(
It's Conquest patched to 1.22...

This is the wrong place for questions. All questions should be posted in the main Creation and Customization Forum.
However, in answer to your question, yes, they can. Especially if there is a pallette preoblem.

I'm sorry, should I post there as well or could some of the mods move this thread?
Thank you for your time!

Just try and get a mod to move this one, rather than making a duplicate thread.

I've asked the MODS to move this thread, in case you had not already done so. They will shortly do so, Im sure.
Based on your description of the graphics added and the nature of the crash, I'd say the two are not related.
A graphics pack can make your game crash if you don't install it correctly, but this is unlikely. If all you are doing is replacing a graphic with another with the same name, and you are using graphics by guys who know how to get the palette right (like Snoopy) then no crash is possible.
What I would suggest is
1. re-installing your game.
2. apply these graphics one at a time
3. testing them as you go.
4. If you can, consider making the graphics as part of a scenario (sub directory), or failing that backup your files before each add on.
It is not that the graphics are dangerous, but adding them to the game is a bit tricky the first time you try it.

If you have a graphics file that is not 256 colours the game will crash to the desktop when it tries to open the file.
