What are the levels that effect the happiness, because that is the real issue WRT the level we play on, because it is human against human?

Chieftain - 4 free content citizens
Warlord - 3
Regent / Monach - 2
Emperor and above - 1

I put all options in for corruption's sake as well.

How do the options change corruption?

IIRC, the OCN gets lowered for every level higher you play.
