From what I've seen, everybody who has posted is okay with Team Doughnut. Does anybody object, or should we tell the admins that we want Team Doughnut?

If we get to pick our in-game leader name, its definatley got to be Homer Simpson.

Leader: Homer_Jay_Simpson (has to be underscored for PBEM games, iirc)
Formal: Doughnutia
Noun: Doughnutians
Adjective: Doughnutian
Title: Safety Inspector (Homer's 'current' job title)(optionally, if it fits: 'Sector 7G Safety Inspector')

LOL, since they are making the map, they could pre-load all of our city names, starting with Springfield!

As for the list, it looks good to me. :D

As for city names, I can look up names of donuts for our City names, and ask that they be added to our civ. Is everyone OK with that and Springfield as our capital?

If Springfield is our capital, Shelbyville must be our second city. :D

Otherwise, doughnut and/or other pastry names work for me.
