IMO, we ought to at least have some temporary leader to vote for the team in polls and to create polls in our private forum for us to vote in.

Ditto. To be fair, I suggest that we hold a nomination for people who want to be Team Captian and hold an election for that possition.

Well just for the moment so someone can vote in the polls, and then we will have an offical vote. This is just so that we can have action in the voting before the game starts. Once all the pre-game discussions are over, we will have an offical vote. This is just temporary.
