Should we try and create a team banner, like the way Team K.I.S.S. has? If you think so, then why don't you post your suggestions here.

here's a submission. the green represents Greece (hey, do we want to change our color for any reason? maybe black?), the red and black justlook cool. I can also put in some text at the bottom.

Hee is a suggestion. Perhaps you could have in the red circle you could add, TNP, which stands for Take No Prisioners. I believe that this should be our team motto. The TNP bit can be small in the area just below the man's chin and the barbed wire.

okay. the top one is without TNP, and it has a smaller lense falre, which I can make bigger, I just forgot to. Thr bottom one is the lense flare one with the added spotlight, and TNP. I lined up TNP with the line the sunlight creates, that should draw the eyes to it

With out the dots would be good. I do like what you have made with the letters down the bottom. Perhaps you could emboss the letters, to see what it looks like. So could you prepare one flag without the dots first, then one also without the dots, but with the letters MIA and TNP embossed. :thanx:

But TNP in the red or green is difficult ... I actually like it in red as it is the team's motto and not known to the rest of the teams -> which makes it secret -> inner sanctum -> inner circle ...

However if the motto is readily known by others then I would probably go with green

well, I've never tried embossing just letters, and photoshop does wierd things with embossation (are all citizens allowed to make up words, or just team captain ;)); but I'll give it a shot.

I added some space to the bottom (about 40 pixels) so there was more room. Otherwise I felt TNP was too small, or it got way too crowded.

Top one - no embossing
2nd- slight embossing on all letters (and stars)
3rd- More embossing on all letters (and stars)
4th (my favorite)- more embossing on just MIA (not stars)

I must say, that's a really strong banner. At first I wasn't keen on the lens flare, but I think the whole message has come together in this one. Great job.

I have converted #4 into an actual banner I left out the TNP because i could't find a place for it, and because i didn't feel it was necessary for the banner

I think the word you were looking for was Embossisation. ;)
