TNT has a CoC whereby only three players can play. They are, in order:

1. President
2. Vice President
3. UN Representative

This also hints to their not having any officials other than those three, as they surely would be on the CoC somewhere if they did exist.

yes, Provo our turn player couldn't play. our VP was away and our UN rep was on a computer without civ. no one could play!!

Strider posted the most recent TNT turn in the turn tracker thread. Their UN rep is vbraun, maybe this means Strider is the VP?

They said thier UN rep does not have civ on his computer...

Sounds like they are very short of active players to me.
