Think of this as whatever you want, emergency powers, interim government, but the game's abouyt to start and we have no idea what's going on in regards to leadership. We should have the constitution up and running in a few turns, so for now, we need to elect someone to play the first 2-3 turns. The most obvious choice is calssical hero, who is temporary team captain. Although Emp. Napolean said he also might want to run. So ant other names we want to throw in before a poll is made? C_H and Emp. do you both want to run?

I would say that the team captain should be temporary DP until we elect a President.
