Where should we put the restrictions for the 5BC variant?
Constitution
Code of Laws
Neither - it's an understood restriction, we have to limit ourselves
Other - please explain
Abstain

This poll is public, and will run for 4 days. When the poll closes, the option with the highest total will be used. The ruleset chosen will be modified, if needed, to match this decision.

The purpose of putting into the constitution or Code of Laws would be what?
We have never coded that were playing a game of Civilization 3 inside of either the Constituion or Code of Laws. Why the hell does this some how get special attention?
Wait, I know. Because were to busy ****ing the game up. Good job guys. :goodjob:

thats because no one is going to disagree with playing a game of Civ3, there will be people, such as yourself, that don't want to play the game and will try to get elected to the domestic minister and build more than 5 cities

So this is an attempt by several citizens to gain power at the lost of several others. Yeah, as I said before. Great job guys, were going to be in hell any time now.

Folks, here's the simplest way to decide how to vote in this poll.
If you're 100% sure that playing 5BC will be fun no matter how we're doing then it's ok to put the variant anywhere you want.
If you have any doubts on whether 5BC will remain fun for the entire game then don't put it in the constitution where it can't be easily changed.
It's about whether we're playing a game which is fun for the most people at any given point in time, or whether we're playing to give a smaller number (as few as 1/3) their [insert favorite snack food here] no matter how much pain it causes the rest of us.

I feel its unfair for the AIs if we build more than 5 cities, and I don't like playing in rigged games :P
