i think at the very least, we'll need a Foreign Minister who'll handle negotiations and deals with the other teams. so if there are no objections, we can use this thread to nominate people for Foreign Minister.

Provolution Jul 31, 2005, 01:24 PM Hey , I nominate Donsig, since he is a seasoned legalist and used to push cases. I also nominate Greekguy for his team commitment. CoolioVonHoolio Jul 31, 2005, 03:30 PM gah im waiting for military (my specialty) advisor. i second the nomination of greekguy donsig Jul 31, 2005, 04:43 PM Me, a diplomat?!? Sounds exciting. And since there will be nothing for the FM to do till we meet foreigners, I'll accept this nomination. Of course I wonder what the difference is between a Foreign Minister and a UN Representative... greekguy Jul 31, 2005, 04:43 PM I guess i'll accept and try to represent our team the best i can at the negotiation table. :) greekguy Jul 31, 2005, 04:52 PM Me, a diplomat?!? Sounds exciting. And since there will be nothing for the FM to do till we meet foreigners, I'll accept this nomination. Of course I wonder what the difference is between a Foreign Minister and a UN Representative... UN rep. is the person who represents our team's voice in the public UN forum. he doesn't have a direct effect on the actual game. The Foreign Minister would be the person who talks to other teams and gets them to do stuff like sign RoP and MPP, and trade and tech deals. donsig Jul 31, 2005, 04:59 PM So, are there any rules for when teams can contacts each other? Provolution Jul 31, 2005, 05:34 PM I guess there are rules for that in the UN Forum, public thread |
