Term One: Fanatikos State Department

Greetings freinds i am nobody your newly elected Secretary of State. This will be a short term, so i hope you will elect me again. My goals of this first short term are
To create a border control Policy
To Create a policy on how to react to foreign Demands
To create good relations with foreign nations by establising embassys with our neighbours
Setting up a system for quick reference of foreign nations
Keeping the Peace
Keeping Fanatikos Pride

Threat Levels:
1. This means we are at war and hostiles are likely at any moment. The military is to conduct defensive operations against this nation.
2. This means the enemy is agressive or angry with us, and the are close. Invasion is likely. The military department should plan to deal with hostilies with this nation. Travel to this nation is not advised unless on urgent bussiness.
3. This means the A.I. could attack us at anytime, but diplomacy should be able to keep them calm. The Military Department should keep a watch on this nation.
4.Nation is close to us, so could attack at anytime. But have made no indications that they could.
5. This nation is polite and safe. The AI have treatys or trades with us and the chance of conflict is low.

Naturally, Nobody, you won't gonna work in a ruined place. First rebuild the ruins then start discussing the Foreign Affairs :).
