I want to add the Brutii as a new civ and also a new leaderhead. I have the picture I want but I don't how to make it work as a new leaderhead. Can somebody help me?

What pattern do you need to make? Animation and picture if? However the picture with simple one the animation of making possibility me not is know very much, however, I can try.

I just want a static leaderhead with no animations. I think it's just converting the picture into a flic (if I would know how to do it I should do it myself).

It is very simple, you can use tool , are very good to use.
Jasc Animation Shop 3, Download this tool , open your picture , turn FLC. Must want 2 above animations just can.
