Hi all. I'd like to redirect you to the finished product (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=126480).

You may want to make the graphic images in the 3 center boxes more transparent like the ones to either side. But overall I say its a fine start. :)

I think it's absolutely stunning :) !!
Like Steel General said, a lightening of the graphics in the text areas would be good.

Thanks. I was a bit troubled by something and I couldn't put my finger on it. Maybe that is causing a visual imbalance. I'll have a look at it.
Thanks again.
P.s. you still on course for Sept.7th, R8XFT?

I'm not much fond of pictures in the text areas, but otherwise it's ace. :goodjob:

When Aaglo praises your work, you know you've done something right!:) However, I've made some changes. I didn't like the figure on the right (Kukulcan). It didn't seem to 'fit' colourwise. So I had an idea. The great pyramid of Tenochtitlan had two temples on top. The left was to Huizilopochtli, the war god, whom I've used for left panel. So i thought,'Why not use Tlaloc, the rain god' who was the right temple's god. I think it's better, no? I'm not crazy about the central figures either, so i'll come up with something.

@ Ogedei_the_mad. I really want to do a number of these sets so that lots of people can use them. I don't have much knowledge of asian graphics but you could help me there when I get round to it. Might not be for a week or two, though?

@ The Last Conformist. Do you have a Mayan diplo set. I had planned to do one but not if there's already one out there.

No I don't, and I'd love you if you made one. :)

I'd like if it kept the text areas clean.

I never thought of it that way. It's just that I needed one for the Gallic Wars.
