Should it be 19:00 GMT? My reasoning:
It's set at 15:00 EDT. PDT is three hours behind, thus it's at 12:00 PDT. I'm GMT -7 during Daylight Saving's Time, so 12:00 PDT would equal 19:00 GMT.

I think my previous instructions suffice for this turnchat:
As for Expatriate instructions, simply try to scout out the opponents' terrain. We need to know which city to take from them in the future.

Correct RegentMan, 15:00 EDT = 19:00 GMT (EDT = GMT-4). If it was 15:00 EST then it would be 20:00 GMT (EST = GMT-5). GMT has no daylight saving (which is why I am currently on GMT+1).

You should know by now that timezones aren't my strong point. ;)

From now on, just assume that EDT is the correct time.

Our worker should irrigate & road the wheat tile, then mine a BG if we have one, grassland if we don't, and road it.

Settle Olympus in the location decided by this poll (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=125833). Manage citizen land allocation to maximize population growth until we reach population 4, while minimizing wasted food and production. Once we reach size 4 then emphasize production to train a military unit to keep the peace.

Edit: Location E in the following map has been selected.
http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads10/DG7_BC4000_settlemap.jpg
Train and equip 2 groups of warriors, followed by a settler if our population will be 3 or more at the time the settler is ready, or another warrior if not.

Our citizens will tend to be unhappy once the population grows. If the military allows us to keep some warriors in the city to maintain order, that is the preferred method of preventing civil disorder. If no MP is available, unless the President instructs otherwise, use as much luxury tax as needed to keep the people from rioting. If it is necessary to hire specialists, taxmen are preferred to offset the loss in gold.
