Now that the elections are finally underway, it's time to think about the length of the first term.
Do we want a short term (the remaining 10 turns) for the newly elected officials?
Or do we prefer a longer term (for the remaining 10+25 turns), with new elections at turn 50.
We can also decide to maintain 25 turns for a term, starting from the moment the elections are over.
I would favor to keep the term-length 25 turns, so that the next elections can be scheduled around turn 35.
