I decided to make a wonder to produce the Flying Tiger unit because I wanted to add the unit without making it specific to any one civ.
Thanks go out to everyone that answered my questions and was patient with me over at evolution games and also to ukasres for providing the blank building backgrounds.
The zip contains 2 splashes the one shown in the preview and an alternative as well as the buildings and icons needed to add this wonder.

I always thought that flight should be a small wonder. This splash is definitely a candidate for it.

Thanks for the kind comments. I'm just trying to contribute since I downloaded so many fine mods. What Kind of Wonders or other graphics are in demand I have some time that I could work on some although for units I'm still trying to learn poser.........should have started 3D long ago but oh well.
BTW I'm good at working in Adobe Illustrator the alternate splash was created from scratch with no image manipulations from existing pictures.
