This poll is on whether or not to amend the Fundamental Laws of Doughnutia by adding the article below.
Article 4-18
The Fundamental Laws of Doughnutia may be amended at any time if a proposal to amend the Laws is approved by the GAD. In order for a proposal to be approved, all of the following conditions must be true:
a. A discussion regarding the amendment proposal and detailing the exact changes to be made has been open for at least 48 hours prior to polling
b. A poll regarding the proposal with the options Yes, No, and Abstain has been posted, to be open for at least 96 hours
c. The first post in the poll thread contains the text of the amendment to be voted on
d. The number of citizens voting “Yes” when the poll closes is at least twice that of the citizens voting “No”

This poll will be open for 96 hours. I will consider this to have passed if and only if it meets its own criteria for an amendment.
