I just thought due to a discussion with another pbemer ... and this would be relevant ...

The Book of Happiest, Wealthiest, Smartest ... most Fashionable <Sharp Cough> (a politely muted behind the hand sound which could be interpreted as MIA)... most Eligible and Sexiest <another Cough> ... sorry have the flu :p ... see ?

Anyway ... these books occasionally get written in a normal game ... i assume they also get written in pbem ...

If correct then only the 1st turn team would get this information ... I would suggest that in a matter of fairness that a screenie is posted on the UN or better yet directly along with the saves sent that turn

Any thoughts or corrections :mischief:

They could/should be posted here to keep a great library of such world books. Then they wouldn't get lost in the turnlog. Or they could be copied over from the turnlog by some enterprising soul.

I guess it is up to Team Doughnut then.

I think it is a good idea

I am not in a hurry to get intelligence on other nations, in fact, I rather prefer to plan without looking to the side.

Thats your perogative ... however if the Dee Nutters get access to it then it should be posted or made available to all teams ... again I stipulate that I am not speaking for team MIA, this thread was started from a personal observation of pbem games and thus was relivant to this great game

Well, I agree Doughnut should share this potential exploit, for the sake of game balance.

We're well past the point where the 1st book should have appeared, and it has not. Either it doesn't appear at all in MP, or some setting is on which suppresses it.

Seems you are right ... maybe the authors are not hired in multi-games :D
