Yes, it is PsyOps, and in respect for the fact we cannot trade maps before we get mapmaking, we cannot trade written words before we have invented writing.
So what if you cannot write ? (I know this is a forum based game, and we have to write internally, but we should be strict externally). The only way we can communicate then, to be in character with our technology development prior to writing (hence, no embassy, no correspondence), we should simply send them gift on a regular scale.

AFAIK team TNT has not met any other team in-game, so those pictorial messages you propose to send aren't allowed to be send to an unmet team (= all 3 other teams).
