I wonder if 50% turnout for polls is common on the other teams as well...

I agree with removing the term limits :).

I voted against, but as I now re-read the wording, I disagree with my earlier vote. No need to have Rik change it, though - poll ends in less than an hour and seems certain to pass. Next time I'll read more carefully before voting :)
