The second one has a slight pallette problem.

There. I have fixed the pallette for you.

Cool. Tell me, how did you do it?

I opened up in GIMP, and changed the last color in the pallette to magenta (255,0,255)
and the second to last color to green (0,255,0). Anywhere those colors show up in the picture, I recolor them to what it should be.
