The Minister of Defense is responsible the defense of Fanatikos and military planning. The Minister also controls the actions of all Military units.

I nominate Ranger99. I think you are an active citizen and i'm sure you're a good player, so i don't see why you shouldn't run. Lack of experience can only be changed running and if you think you're not very good at this stage of the game, remember you're playing a game with a couple dozen other people. So I say, go for it and run. :)
