We can then create Right of Passage and Military Alliances
We get a free city screen shot and location of their capital citys,
It will improve our relationships with these nations, therefore cut down the risk of invasion.
The cost of Embassys will increase over time so better to get them now.
Cons:

We don't need RoP's or Military Alliances at the moment.
It will only slightly increase our relations with foreign nations.
Money could be better spent on other things e.g. Science.

The State Departments is in favor of establishing embassys with Germany Rome and France.

I thought it was a joke. Anyway, I'm almost sleeping here so I'm going to bed now.

Open embassies with Rome and Germany for now, while they are cheap. Hopefully their city screens will provide us a few details of their strength.

France! The French need as much support as possible to beat the German Reich! The Germans are a Militaristic Science power: We need to help the French stem their growth. What if they have Iron? What happens if they start off with Feudalism? An Embassy with France to make them happy and to give them an ROP. I don't want to get surrounded by powerful Germans: Instead I want to contribute to the destruction of a possible World power before it is too late. Ic, out! :salute:

France, germany, and rome. rome and germany are quite cheap and france is our only happy ally. It will pay to be able to sign ROP's and MA's with the french, an ROP will let them go through our terriotory quicker with access to our road network. also rome and germanies military strength is a threat to us and an embassy will calm them down. their attitude will also probably increase to cautious or polite if we are really lucky.
