Here's a big(ish) chinese flagship from the Han-dynasty era(?). I don't know much about it, but it was requested quite recently by Odegei_mad (sp?) Enjoy :)

It is the long dynasty that gave their name to ethnic Chinese people (Han).

Cool, what kind of stats should this Unit have?

I would see this as a rather slow, medium-attack high-defence bombarding siege ship.
In comparison to the standard civ3-galley, I'd give this ADM 1(or 2)-3-2, bombard 2, range 1, ROF 1 ... or something like that.

If you're wondering what the "Castle Ship" is, it is a hulking heavily-defended floating fortress used in ancient Chinese imperial navies that often served as flagships. They were important ships in the Han Dynasty. This one is based on a Sui Dynasty model, but it gives a good idea on what they may have looked like. There is also a Korean variant of the "Castle Ships" called the "P'anokson" which later became modified into the first "Turtle Ships." :)

Hey, aaglo... how about a whole line of Junks? All we have is that oooooooooold one by TVA_22.

He did make a junk already actually, comes with arrow and cannon animations so you can effectively have two eras of the Junk. Do you have something else in mind Goldylocks? ;)

There's the "P'anokson", a Korean variant of the "Castle Ship." Basically a double-decked Kobukson (Turtle Ship) without the iron armor and a small "Castle" on top. :)
