I was thinking that at some point in our history someone came up with the bright idea of city planning. Maybe the Romans or Greeks but it seems that the knowledge was lost. I know that Washington D.C. was a planned city as the colonies were an excellent opportunity to plan cities since Europe's city were pretty much already in existance and suffering from urban sprall. How about a wonder that gives an aquaduct in every city. I was hoping to pick the brains of all the great thinkers on this forum. Any thoughts?
