making previews is very easy select a frame and paste it into MS paint then save it as a jpeg then upload it

That is easy. I'll see what I can come up with.

Next time you make a head I suggest you raise the render quality so it looks better and not so pixelated. Also I would spend more time trying to get the clothing to fit right on the body, which I know is sometimes difficult. Also make sure your backgrounds are 400x480 or 200x240 which ever one you work with in poser.

Yeah I know, it took awile before I realized I had to resize the images to 200x240. After that the backgrounds fit perfectly.

I thought the render quality was all the way up though. You can turn it higher?

are you using firefly or poser 4 renderer. I use firefly renderer on custom settings

Firefly. I think it might have to do with Animation shop. It lowers the color count when it saves. I have no idea why.

Mostly what Shiro said: change the render settings, perhaps making the movie into different image files for each frame (of at least 200*240 in size) will do (I just don't trust AVIs ;) ); try to make the clothing fit better, and also very important: try to make the head look the same size in every era. What probably happened is that you had some other figure selected (other than Mike or whoever you're using) at the time you were rendering (that can change the height/zoom of the camera a bit sometimes)

I'll try and follow your tips for my next work, if I have another. With you, Shiro and R8XFT, I don't know if theres a need for me.
