The Expatriate Governor is responsible for the care, management, and use of captured cities and may also set up a civic government in any manner they see fit that does not conflict with Fanatikos laws.

The Expatriate Governor is a member of the Senate which is responsible for choosing a President should an election cycle complete with no citizen elected as President, and for placing Fanatikos in a state of Mobilization. The Senate also has the power to declare War.

I will still post discussions and screenies when they are needed, but I cannot maintain the level of detail that was my previous threads. With that being said, I'll still do my best, and encourage others to run.

Right now, Germany's Berlin looks like a mighty fine target. Being somewhat close to our core will make it a nice city. If we can get our military beefed up, a city from France would be a nice addition to our empire as well.

Germany shouldn't be too hard, so it would be nice to get Berlin up and running and in our property before too long. The only other nation it seems could be worth declaring war on would be France, if we gain the military strength (I suspect we will). At this point, Paris looks like the best city in terms of production (and would not be so corrupted as to make this useless). It also is probably the most likely to get a wonder. Tours might be worth getting if it gets a wonder (most likely the Great Lighthouse).
