What I really wonder about is if Civ 4 will require players to login for a multiplayer game.

In Civ3 conquest players can be anonymous and simply spoil/ruin games etc by leaving or not playing etc...

Having them login etc would prevent this a little bit... since people know it's the same person up front, so they can easily kick them out before starting the game ;)

By the way... kicking is rude... so I wonder if the ingame will have a vote or kick option ? Which could be abused to kick good players lol... We don't want that do we lol ? :P :)

Answer to all your questions: Don't play with random people. :p

Isn't the pitboss system supposed to take over if a human player disconnects? So at that point an AI would be controlling the civ. Or so i understand it to be.

i think there should be a player rated system....

so good players could seek out good players

and the login be related to your cd key
