Quoted For Truth

It means the wonder will be built 1.5 times as fast.

Example: A 300-hammer wonder takes 30 turns to build for a city producing 10 hammers per turn. Now, because this city is lead by an Industrous leader, it will produce 50% more hammers every turn while building a Wonder = 15 hammers per turn. So the build-time drops from 300/10 = 30 turns, to 300/15 = 20 turns. A reduction of 33.3%
