I just bought civ 3 complete (3 disc set) and try to install on my laptop (1.6 Ghz pentium 4 Centrino, 1 GB memory). It goes well untill it tries to install intro.bik file. It burps out a message that the file could not be found.

I have civ 3 original installed on the same computer and it runs fine. I even totally and completely uninstalled this version and then try to install C3C, but the above problem still there. It does install completely on my desktop without any problem. Please help.

No. I get error 1305, which I guess is a windows error. I searched MS tech support and did all they said to do, but I still have the same problem.
