AK and Whompie has been gagged by admins for coming upon "classified" info in the main thread. They are not suspended but aren't allowed to say anything that relates to the info in question. Of course it was a certain element of TNT that "mis-posted". I would like to pm admins about this and have a few words about it. Below is a draft on that pm, please comment. I believe the UN-rep should be the one sending it, but since Whomp cannot do that we have to assign a temporary UN-rep., hence the poll. My suggestion is that assignment is limited until W comes back and says "Hey guys, I'm ready to re-install". The poll will close Monday 3 Oct. Reason is I believe, since we decided to organize a bit, we should have a UN-rep that can comment on this issue w/o being labelled as callengeable and we should have him/her in the chair asap.

It looks like the admins think it's all AK and W's fault. I'm quite sure Provo's post was deliberate.

I suppose the nature of this incident procludes us from getting more info about it's exact nature. I agree someone should step in temporarily as UN-rep and sort things out with the admins where possible. Before I cast a vote, is anyone especially interested in the position?

considering the remaining content of the post in question, I'm not all sure it was a mistake. He knew Whomp would read it and also that Whomp is a very "Spirit of the Game"-guy. I wouldn't be surprised if it all is a ploy to make a point in the rule discussion.

Whomp is NOT suspended. Whomp CAN talk in the forum, but NOT about any of the info he learned. Whomp CAN post and discuss, as long as it does NOT related to the info he learned. Provolution did NOT post it intentionally, it was a mispost in the wrong forum.

Sorry for the caps, I just want to get the right message across.

The "gag" is only on confidential info - not to other stuff like should be build a curragh here, etc. I do not see how Provolution would known which TEAM would've read it, let alone which people.

The solution to this whole problem is to get a boat to TNT and make contact. At which point, u will have another problem - endless requests for approval about what I can send to provo

@dagh, I am with you as far as the read on the situation goes. It would not surprise me if there was a little "coat-trailing" going on here. That said I don't think that sending the PM is a good idea, seeing as how GA has already read it.

Taking it one step further I too would like to see something done about such an egregious error, however that is properly an internal issue for TNT, not for us to urge some action upon the moderators or administrators.

When the time comes and we meet TNT formally, rather than just by rumor and jungle drums and TR's stunning intel work (TR, you are in VA right?, wouldn't be close to Langley would it? :D), we can and will have a conversation about this. Unless they can satisfy us that action was taken at least equivalent to Whomp's and AK's self-imposed silence then will come a more public donnybrook.

As for a replacement for Whomp, I vote no. Unless Whomp feels he can not carry out the duties required.

It was my personal mistake, so if someone should leave this game, it would be me. I posted in the public forum after a browser error on my side, yes, CFC has some hang-up issues, and I barely managed to close the gap after some 45 seconds-1 minute, and Whomp was the only one to see it. Thanks to Whomp's high degree of integrity, morals and gamesmanship, this knowledge was put into the limelight a very stage. I think the best way to handle this, is to act in character with Team KISS.

I will be humble here, as the mistake is mine. I also offer this apology to the rest of the Team KISS, and humbly ask for understanding Whomps high integrity on the matter, and his interest in keeping the game fun.
