I need some help from you.I tried to put some other leaderhead in place of Abraham Lincoln. I tried to put the picture.(Like your leaderhead,which I am using now:goodjob: .My picture is 200*240 it is in .flc format, but it crashes when I select its civ in the start of the game plz help me:confused:

Is this animated?
I might use it for my terrorist civ/gov mod, so I just need to know weather it's animated.
