I read in nearly every second thread if you don't like this or that, just mod it - well not everybody have the time/skill or will to mod, but I'am sure there will be a lot of mods be out soon. My question now is this - will it be possible to combine mods just how you like it ? Or can you have only one mod ?
For example - there are 5 mods out with additional Civs , can I than install New Civ Mod Number 1,2 and 5 ( but leave out 3,4 ) and add religon modififaction number 2 and 3, then a mod for changing railroadmovement so that I will have a completly individuall Civ 4 with downloaded mods ?

Next question is of course how will this effect MP Games ? ( haven't done any yet, because I have only vanilla Civ 3 ) - I'am sure ( I hope ) in a muliplayergame it won't be possible that everybody plays with his own set of rules - so can you only play with people who have the same mods ? Or decide the host anyway about the set of rules ?

Only if you can program/edit xml well enough to do it.

Allow me to use my psychic powers to give you technical details about a game that isn't coming out for another two weeks.

...damn, I'm drawing a blank.
