Well looks like my first post is gonna make me look dumb but :blush: , I have Civ 3 1.27 and i want to update it...no problem for smary people haha well i downloaded the patch put how do i get my game to update with the patch?!

When you download the patch, save it to your desktop and double click it to follow the instructions.

The latest patches for each version are: "Vanilla" Regular Civ3 = 1.29f, Play the World = 1.27f, Conquests = 1.22. Make sure you got the right one (www.civfanatics.com/civ3/patches) for your game.

And if you have Civ3 Gold, this is actually PTW, so 1.27 would be the correct patch level already.

And for any lurkers out there, Civ3 Complete is actually Conquests, and should come patched to 1.22. ;)
