I voted for plan A as that will really bring out the effectiveness of our two "baby" cities.

Gonna' have to go with plan A, but we'll have to really make sure that we keep Rome, Persia, and France away from Theology for as long as possible (or at least as long until they lose the ability to cascade any farthur while we're still pre-building). I guess the same should be said for Chivalry.

The Office of the President recommends Plan A.

With the only difference being the planned location of a new observatory, we feel that locating this grand telescope on our coast line, far from the lights of Olympus, will improve the results from our Scientists. Priapos is poised to become a solid producer and a center of trade. The new telescope, labs and teaching facilities will become a center of learning throughout the world.

With planning and effort, we can build this grand scientific wonder in any city - let the citizens of Priapos share the glory of a Great Wonder that Olympus already enjoys.

The People also wanted to build Newtons University, Olympus would be a better site for this later Wonder so that this centre of learning could be at the centre of our Empire.

Let Priapos build the Observatory with its great telescope to study the skies.
