For some reason, when I installed the patch, it didnt overwrite my bic file, and I dont want to manually enter in all the changes.

Can someone please post the patched original BIC file?

Actually if you left your edited Civ3mod.bic where it is when you do the patch, the file is patched and not overwrite by the patch program. So you don't need to redo all your changes ;)
