View Full Version : Culture percentage # in City View garbled; Sudden Production Boosts for no reason

Two things I will definately bring up because it seems that they weren't mentioned yet.

1 -- The first time I adjusted the culture gauge in the City View the numbers, instead of going from 0% to 10%, it went from 0% to a jumble of numbers on top of the "1" in "10%". Then, when upping it from 10% to 20% it looked like it was in excess of 100%, with a bunch of numbers on top of each other again. It didn't harm or hamper the game in any way, but it makes it tough to determine the culture gauge percentage. Plus, it just shouldn't be doing that.

2 -- During one turn and only one turn (so far), in one of my cities where the production was usually 12 hammers it read 42 hammers. Not only that, but for that turn only, it would produce units and improvements AS IF it had a production of 42 hammers. After that turn, however, the sudden boost went away. I know it was some sort of glitch because I didn't have any special units in that city and I wasn't in a Golden Age. But even if I was, not even a Golden Age would give any one city a production boost like that.

EDIT: Here is my PC setup --
NVIDIA GeForce FX5600
AMD Athlon 2.16 Ghz, overclocked to 2.7Ghz
512MB RAM

1 - Provide a screenshot.

2 - Did you build something prior to that? It's production overflow, a new feature.
