Can't find it anywhere in the Options - did this feature make it to the release?

I found I had to disable windows using my second monitor as it cause da problem with Civ scrolling to the edge where the second monitor was. This could be solved if you could play in a window mode.

I do not have the same issue with Age of Empires III which plays in full screen mode.

I think it is a bug, or feature omission.
