When playing in hotseat it has quit and dropped to the desktop when swicthing turns between players unexpectedly... Happened 2 times so far.:sad:

Hello there. I'm not sure if I'm having the same problem or not. I FREQUENTLY play the game with no problems whatsoever until at any time the game either dumps me back to the desktop losing everything I have done since the last save or it actually reboots my machine. I have no idea what causes this. Does anyone have any ideas as to a fix? I am running a P4 Athlon chip, 1.8 Ghz, 1 gig Ram, 2 160 gid drives. This is a very annoying problem. Also while the game plays fairly quickly in general, some features like simply laying a grid over the map take almost a full minute to perform.

Just joining the forum and was wondering if anyone knows of a fix or patch for this problem? My husband and I experienced this twice last night (along with the other hotseat problem with tech trading. (We are techno-speak challenged, so I apologize if I missed the right link somewhere.) We also have a P4 Athlon chip.
