1. Start Civilization IV
2. Select Tutorial from the Main Menu
3. Begin the tutorial and save.
4. Load the saved game
BUG: The game loads and goes to an automatic win state, instead of continuing the tutorial from the saved point. When a game saved in during the tutorial, when loaded again, should resume from that point in the tutorial.
