Ok, I've been spending time going through and updating, correcting, changing the Civolopedia for a much more detailed Civopedia.

I think I've figured this out. I've looked at how Wikki works, and I can't do it quite that way to keep it compatible with Civ. But I can see how to setup a ColdFusion App which will export into XML.. that way, we can have a constant current, updated (by the audience) Civilopedia. :)
