Sorry for my ignorance, but in the C3C editor i want to modify a few units but it won't let me. How do i do it??

You can't do it, or you can't save your changes?
The main BIQ file is write protected (easy to remove).
Most people reccommend making a copy of this and making your changes a MOD/Scenario rather then a change to the main game.

I can't do it. How do you remove it??, and this is in MOD/scenario.

Use your right mouse button
click on the BIQ file
select properties
un-check the box that says read-only
