Sometimes my mouse wheel allows me to zoom in and out. Mostly it doesn't work so I have to use the page up and page down keys. Anyone else had this problem?

I do! It is very annoying and I don't know how to fix it.:(

Two and a half years later and I still have this problem...:(

Darn, I can't believe no one has an answer for this...Oh well!

There are a few things you could try, and you may have already done them, but I'll give it a shot for you.

1. Try un-installing the mouse drivers, reboot the computer and let the operating system re-install them upon discovery.

2. Try a different mouse.

3. If you have a branded mouse, such as Microsoft or Logitech, do you have the manufacturer's drivers and device management applications installed?
