After finishing a wonder, the map becomes top view. How to convert it back to side view? Thanks!

How? I keep scrolling, but its effect is just like that in civ3, I see different part of map, but it's still top view.

The ball in the middle of the mouse .

roll it up or donw .

You can hold control and hit the right or left arrows to rotate the camera by 90 degrees. I'm not sure if that's the view you're talking about or not, though.
