Later on in the game you can see every single move the others civs do in visible tiles while waiting for your next turn. It's hella annoying to see their stupid boats move back and forth aimlessly and have to wait 20 seconds or so before you can play again. It's especially frustrating if you have a well spread religion, thus seeing large parts of the world. Is there a way to make it so I don't have to watch every move they do during peace time?

Actually, this was already bugging me in Civ III. And I need to know how to turn this off completely. I don't ever want to see any of the others moving.

You can but it involves a very obscure action...clicking on the options screen. It's a rather new and experimental concept.

Man I must have mad cow disease or something, I had somehow managed to select those two options earlier, and then when looking through the options for a way to turn it off I just didn't notice them anymore. :crazyeye:
Thanks.

No problem. ;)
Actually, I should apologise for my post too, it was perhaps a tad too sarcastic. :o
