hello, can someone explain to me how to use the VOIP part this game? I've enabled it in the audio section in options and i'm not too sure how to use it ingame. Thx in advanced.

look at the Civ4 key mappings.. you use Scroll Lock to talk and use the CTRL or ALT button or something to global speak I think.
