I had trouble logging in under civ 4. I tried again under Neverwinter Nights [which also uses gamespy] and no problem. So I launched the gamespy arcade and had it scan for all games that use gamespy. It didn't find Civ 4. so the problem may be in Gamespy not recognizing Civ 4. not sure.
