Me and my dad were playing last night, and it seems like we should be able to trade luxuries and resources, etc. We were on the same team, but it wouldn't let us bring up the trading table like with the AI... how come?

Same problem here..You choose the thing you want to trade, and it just flashes away again.. Guess we have to wait for a patch or something :(

On the score/player listing in the bottom right above the minimap, double click on your dad's name. He'll get a message and a phone ringing audio that you are trying to contact him. He double clicks on your name and it should bring up the trade window after.

This is terrible. How could this have gotten past the play testing? Did they not trade? Did they not test hotseat? It's just ridiculous. Please fix this stupid problem.

Well that spoils the point of multiplayer....

And I was thinking of double teaming a Deity game with someone...
