Well, I'm getting a wierd error.

Whne I am inside my city, switching workers around, it doesnt tell me what the squares I am working are producing.

Instead, every square has two food bags on it (little), and the ones I am working have two large food bags instead. Always two food bags and nothing else...(no thats not what they should be showing).

Occasionally, there will be squares with one food bag, or where the background terrain is partially covering the food bags.

Its wierd.

I was below the recommended requirements, so it set the visual stuff to low.

Do I have any setting wrong or something? Any ideas?

I have this same problem, and I am stumped as to how to solve it. I have moved graphics up to high with no changes. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Having the same problem. The best way to get to the bottom of it is to isolate the similarities between the computers having the problems, so we might as well list our stats.

I'm running:

Windows XP SP2
Toshiba Satellite 5105-S501 Laptop
GeForce4 440 GO (32MB)

Also, we'll probably want driver version as well, which I'll post here when I can reboot out of linux.

Edit: I was just about to post the thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=133141) Steve2000 posted below.

Same Problem:

Pentium 4 2.8 GHz
1024 RAM
GeForce 440 MX (AGP 8X) 64 MB
Running at 1024x768

NO (and I mean zip, zero, nada) other problems with the game or graphics

EDIT: I found this other thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=133141) on this topic. We should probably post in that one to help consolidate all responses in one place. That is where the most people have posted, so the answer will probably eventually show up there!
